Express Delivery via Australia Post

$15 or FREE on all orders over $100

Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery once dispatched. Shipping times do not include dispatch times. Current dispatch time is approximately 2-3 business days.

Please note our orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility in Melbourne, VIC, which, during certain periods or due to weather, can cause some shipping delays. We strive to process your shipments as soon as possible and get them in your hands with the fastest carrier available.

Returns Policy

The policy below applies to customers who place orders via the www.votary.com.au website.

Please provide your order number or proof of purchase when starting a return. Please do not send back any products before your return has been approved. Once approved, a credit note will be automatically processed within 7 business days.

Faulty Packaging

Should you have any issues with the packaging of the product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will issue a credit memo to be used on your next purchase.

Should your product have any issues with the consistency, colour or other related issues and not as you have come to expect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will issue a credit memo to be used on your next purchase.

Allergic reaction/Irritation

If you experience an allergic reaction or irritation, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require detailed information, including photos of the affected area and a full description of the incident. Once your return has been assessed and approved, our team will be in touch to advise on the appropriate next steps.
